Personal data is used solely for the purpose of administering the competition and awarding prizes. Your data will not be used for any other purpose. 

We do not share your data with third parties unless this is necessary for the administering of a the competition. Full details of how your data is used is included in our Privacy Policy.

We may have to share your details with the Advertising Standards Authority in the event of you winning. This is to confirm that we have administered the competition and awarded prizes fairly. 

You can opt out at any time from us using your data. However, if you do ask us to remove your details from our database prior to the closing date of a competition you have entered, you will be withdrawn from that competition. No refund of any entry fees paid will be offered. 

No, we do not offer refunds of entry fees. 

Although disappointing, it is a competition! Incorrect answers will not be entered into the draw. You will still be charged for entry, however you can also try again. 

You are able to enter each competition as many times as you wish, until you have reached the maximum number of entries allowed per person for that competition. The maximum amount is displayed on each competition page.

Competitions are open only to those aged 18 years or older and residents of the England, Scotland, Northern Ireland or Wales. 

In addition to this, you cannot enter competitions if you are an employee, immediate family member of an employee, or household member of an employee of 3hrill Ltd.

No, we would appreciate the chance to share your win on our website and social media platforms, however this is not compulsory. Any promotional activities with your involvement would only be created and shared with your permission. 

If you are a winner, we will contact you via telephone or email within 7 days of the competition closing date. If any of your contact details change prior to the closing date, you must notify us as soon as possible and before the competition closing date. If we cannot make contact with you via the information you supplied to us within 14 days of the closing date, you will lose the right to claim the prize and we reserve the right to choose another winner.

All correctly answered entries to a competition are entered into a draw once the competition is closed. The draw will commence within 24 hours of the competition closing, with draw details displayed on each competition page. The winners will be chosen at random from these correct entries during a live draw on our Facebook page using Google’s random number generator. 

Opening date, closing date, and draw date details of competitions are contained within the competition pages on our website. If a competition sells out early then live draw dates may be brought forward, which will be communicated through our social media pages. 

To enter a competition: 

Visit our Current Competitions page to view the competition you wish to enter. 

Answer the competition question. 

Select the desired number of entries. All entries in a single transaction will be allocated individual ticket numbers, but considered to have the same answer to the competition question. 

All entries can now be found in your Basket. Proceed to the checkout. 

In order to continue with your entry either log into your account or, in the case of a new customer, register an account by entering your details. 

Agree to our Terms and Conditions to complete the process. 

After entering the competition you will be sent an email confirming your order details and ticket number(s). If you correctly answered the competition question your ticket number(s) will be entered into the prize draw.

A free postal entry route is also available. To enter for free, send your name, address, telephone number, email address, and your answer to the competition question to us at the following address:

All postal entries must be submitted via first class post. Bulk entries are not accepted, and if received will be counted as a single entry. You may enter the competition for free as many times up to the maximum number of entries per person for the competition, details of which can be found on the competition page.
